I uploaded my mod on paradox mods website and Didn't work on game

Greetings, I am here to ask about paradox mods, I uploaded my own modpack in paradox mods website to let my friends play with me who have game pass.
the checksum is FFAD, same as vanlila. There are way to fix it?

1. Make sure to remove your own local copy (or just remove the .mod extension from your file, so the launcher doesn't see it)
The game gets confused when you have two versions of the same mod. Even if only one is enabled.
2. Do you add any new files or only modifying existing ones?
When subscribing to a mod on Paradox Mods, the game doesn't see new files. If that's the case, your friends need to download the mod and install it locally.
