i was trying to host a grand wedding for my heir

Description​

(before i start i should mention that yes i did use mods but none of them should affect the issue )while the bride was travelling to the wedding she got in to a war (a rebbellion to be specific and she was a ruler) so i got the event where the wedding gets canceled. so i wait till the war was over so then when i going to check how much money i whould need but instead of putting me i the planning menu it just told me that i need to promise a grand wedding to organize one. so i went to break the betrothel but then it said that i had promised a grand wedding and i i broke th betrothel then i whould get all opinion losses a house feud and all that so i wne back to try and organize it but it still said "you need to have promised a grand wedding to organize one".

yeah i was pretty confused about the diffrence between the Description and Steps to reproduce so i think i might have done both in the Description. i wish i chould send the save game but i cant find it
