Information

I have disabled all mods

Yes

Required

Summary

I went out of my game to buy CCP: ROJ and now my dlc,s dont work

Expected Result

I was hoping to solve it quickly by restarting

Actual Result

I can´t or won´t play the game. I have paid for the dlc,s and i want to be able to use them

Steps to reproduce

I was playing my game like usual i wanted other parking lots for my shopping district so i went to google and looked for what dlc,s had more parkinglots and i decided on the railroads of japan content creator pack. When i had payed and dowloaded the dlc i started up my game and pressed "resume" my game wouldent load so i closed it and pressed "play" in the paradox launcher instead. I then saw that none of my dlc,s where shoing in the main menu of cities skylines so i decided to restart my computer to try and fix the issue. This did not work so i tried to delete my mods but that did not work i then verified my game files but that dident work either. I then tried to delete and reinstal my game and that did not work.

What we've found to work for most is the following:

Clearing the Epic Games launcher cache
Press Windows Key + R and type in "%localappdata%" to open a File Explorer Window
Look for the Epic Games Launcher folder and delete it
Restart your computer, start the Epic Games launcher and try the game again

Reinstalling the launcher
1. Uninstall the paradox launcher via Add/Remove programs (not EPIC)
2. Restarting your computer
3. Reopen the game so that is forces the latest version of the launcher to install
4. Scroll down the dlc list to the left you should see your installed dlc at the bottom with checkmarks next to them

Good luck!
