- Game stutters like crazy going from 144fps to 20-30 every few milliseconds ONLY when there is movement on the map. The stutter increases as the game speed is increased such as in Crusader Kings 2. The stutter is present from the first time I hit play in any game. In stellaris even if it's a small science ship moving from the very start of the game I will stutter. If the game is paused I get a solid 144fps but the moment I unpause and there is movement again I will start stuttering. I have tried everything, manipulated every setting, logged in and out of paradox accounts, launched as an administrator, disabled steam overlay, updated drivers, BIOS, etc. This stutter is happening in ALL my paradox games and it's driving me crazy. It does not happen in other games. Overall the computer runs like a beast except in paradox games. My old crappy laptop ran games like stellaris and europa better than this computer.
- Have not seen any lag in cities skylines. Stellaris and Crusader Kings 2 is the worst by far.
