I installed IC on patch 1.01.1 DH and even installed patch 1.01 for IC, but it always shows this message when trying to start it:

According to another thread you need Patch 1.01 and revision 7. Just trying it myself so i cannot guarantee it will work.
Got revision 7, but still doesn´t work! It starts to load, but then crashes to desktop and shows an error report.
This might be a long shot but I also had some starting issues with IC on AoD. I got it fixed by launching the game once via the Arsenal.exe. There probably was something mixed up in the setting files.

Same problem using Patch 1.01 rev 7. IC shows in DH Launcher; Can select scenario and country; seems to load; status bar fills; then CTD.
