Hallo,

This response will be in English, mainly because I don't trust Google Translate entirely.

So, you are attempting a War of Conquest, but the option isn't available to you when you go to declare war?

There are 2 main things you need to check:

First, you are able to fully submit the claim on the empire you are attempting to go to war with? Laying claims on systems costs Influence, if you lack the Influence to claim all the systems you want, you can't submit the claim.

Second, if you are able to fully submit the claim on the empire, you get notification that you have a Casus Belli against them for Conquest? If you don't get this, then you can't enact that type of war.

It should be noted, even if you don't have the Conquest war option, you can still go to war with that empire via another means, and any systems you've laid claim to, after you win the war, should become yours.
