Would it make sense if the developers added a feature for residential apartments, where you can set the rent to any desired payment amount monthly?
All of them would be at default but you yourself could adjust the rent along with the cost of power, water and maintenance? Along with having regular taxes.
I mean for me that seems like a pretty cool concept. It would be a little more realistic, because of the fact that apartments in real life have different rent prices and none of them are the same anywhere. =\

I also think it would be cool if they added a feature where you could zone trees with a brush (kind of like SC4).
It doesn't have to be just trees...but anything such as: concrete, rock textures and etc. To fill out empty gaps between roads.

I think it would make more sense, gameplay wise, to have policy for public housing.
You zone residential normally and in that district people don't pay taxes (of little of it).

- No or little tax revenue
- Less homlessness (if it's the game)
- Less criminals
- More happiness
