Idyllic Bloom is a permanent Civic that permits you to Terraform your Colonies into Gaia Worlds in stages via Gaia Seeders. The Seeders require Energy to build and maintain with Phase 2 through 4 requiring Exotic Gas as well. Upon reaching Phase 4, your Colony becomes a Gaia World and your Pops stationed there slowly, over time, gain the Bloomed Trait. Every Blooming event modifies 500 Pops every **5 years**. Given the buffs BioGenesis made to Genetics, I propose Idyllic Bloom be "updated" to have phase 4 Gaia Seeders genetically modify your Primary Species Pops every month(as opposed to every 5 years... that translates into 500/60 = ~8.33 Pops modded per month. Genetics alone can do 3x that). Furthermore, I propose that Genomic Researchers be permitted to accelerate such transition by allowing the Bloomed Trait to be integrated with the rest of the Primary species(currently it cannot).

Yeah just let "Bloomed" count as "optimized" for the purpose of job-modification per month.

Then all the things that interact with "optimized-per-month" can modify "Bloomed", too.

Its funny that Bloomed is apart of the list of "aquired Traits" such that they can't be added to other Pops via Genetic Modification(which includes Integration) but Brain Slug **CAN** despite being grouped with it. I've given everyone Brain Slugs every time I'm lucky enough to have it roll. Bloomed though... being a "Phenotype Trait", shouldn't have that restriction. It's not like I can give it to everyone and it only applies when on a Gaia World. The moment my Pops move to an Ecumenopolis or elsewhere, it does them no good. Furthermore, if you Terraform your Gaia World into an Ecumenopolis, your Gaia Seeder is destroyed. While I can understand that... it'd be nice to continue adding Bloomed to my Pops irregardless of whether its a Gaia World or not.

Part of me almost wants Idyllic Bloom to give Gaia Worlds a hefty City Zone modifier such that you aren't compelled to utilize Ecumenopolis <_< Just thinking of that makes me wonder how that'd pair with Agrarian Idyll... XD
