I wonder what parts of your realm should be included in hypothetical "ruler designer" or "custom nation" if it ever get implemented in Imperator?

Your dynasty traits? Custom culture? Innovations? Map? Units?

Personally I would love to have ability to create custom culture + religion + special unit for it. That would feat nicely between dynasty creation in CK3 and map + innovations creation in EU4.

I'm only not sure How deep could it go...
 
Custom nation designers etc. are among my favourite features in PDS games, but I don't think they would work well in Imperator.

Imperator as a whole is an "empire builder", that means you start with a relative blank slate (Arheo's words, not mine) and are given the freedom to shape it into a nation of your design. Consequently I don't think that Imperator countries will ever have enough features to tweak in an custom nation designer - in a way the whole game is one big nation designer.

Nation Name,Capital Culture, Goverment, and Laws.

I'd like to see some alt-history options in terms of culture too.
Cultures such as Hittite, Mycaenean, Minoan, and other extinct cultures at the time of the game.

It shouldn't be just a ruler designer.
Whole map would be useful and all elements involved in it - or toedit an existing map done by other users - to get initial pops in territories, some countries, and anything needed to create a start map.
