Playing a good game as Germany, did Sealion before Barbarossa and received the UK surrender event, UK become allied w/ Axis and I get two provinces in UK. Great... Barbarossa kicks off and all goes well. Around the right time, Japan DOW's UK and USA.

So, I am now fighting the Soviets and just became involved w/ a war against Japan, fine.. i can handle that, but here is the oddity, i am also allied w/ USA (next target).

it would be nice if the JAP declaration war chain would be able to consider if UK is axis and also, not put GER and USA on the same side...

Great game otherwise.

A bit of a debate, that... The USA, HOL and ENG were in posess of important bits of real estate from a JAP point-of-view. With Japan keen to expand it's access to raw materials and resources it's uncertain what actually would have happened IRL in this situation. Japan and Germany were cooperating, but not really allied with each other, both fighting their separate wars with their separate goals.

I dont have a problem being in war against Japan.. the problem for me is being allied w/ the US. If UK is allied w/ me, that is fine but US dont make a good ally, they trade for a much higher cost than UK.
