Hotfix does(n't) work, still can't promise a Grand Wedding in 1.9.2.1

Description​

! The following is actually not true, one simply need to wait for a new in-game year to begin.
Even after hotfix an option of promising a Grand Wedding is blocked for me with the same 'you can only host one Grand Wedding at a time' message.
The game was started in 1.9.2, so this might be an issue, but I really doubt that since now that save is on 1.9.2.1.

Steps to reproduce​

1) Load the save
2) Try to promise a Grand Wedding for character's 16 y.o. daughter
3) Fail miserably

Did you try waiting a year? Apparently the check that unlocks the grand wedding only happens once a year so if error is already present, then you need to let time pass to unlock grand wedding again

Yea, you're right - I've completamente forgot about this a haven't waited enough. Gonna change this thread's title in case some people will have the same issue.
