If your lover is also a friend then it shows everyone else they are your lover.

Description​

Any lover that is also your friend has the lover icon over them to everyone else. I am not sure if the AI knows that at all but all other players can see that.

Steps to reproduce​

Get some freinds, make them lovers. All other characters do not see them in your lover list but can see the lover icon over the head of any of your friends. Does not even have to be a co-op game. Can just switch characters to see it as well.

I can confirm them and it's something you can abuse if yyou want to look for anyone..... suspicious of fornicating with your spouse, or guarantee you get a hook.
