I tried opening patch.exe but it keeps saying "language file missing or corrupt!" What should i do? help would be appreciated, thanks

did you download the latest Java Virtual Machine? go to www.microsoft.com and download it from there and re-try.
hmmm. maybe the file (IGC.zip) got corrupted during transfer. How about you download it again, and follow the installation instructions to the letter and launch patch.exe afterwards.
I'm assuming that you have patched the game using the official patch that is required by your game version (North America, UK, Benelux, etc.)?

Which version of EU are you using? The patch util has not been properly tested with all available language versions. Have you tampered with text.csv yourself?
