IGC - I have downloaded but can't get into it?

Help. I have downloaded the IGC into my C Drive - about 12 icons have appeared (although the list in my unzipper had about 200 files).

I can't see which is the one which will add the IGC to the game.

What do I need to do next? I am on version 1.08 is that OK?

First, you need to unzip it into your current EU directory

Second, run patch.exe

Then run IGCconfig.exe. Make your choices.


Run EU and enjoy

You should now be at version 1.09

Steps to install IGC

Install EU
Download and install the 1.09 patch
Download IGC 2.1
Unzip IGC into the EU directory (e.g. c/program files/paradox entertainment/europa universalis)
Find the icon patch.exe in the above directory and double click on it

To use IGC go into the directory and double click on IGCconfig.exe and make your choices.

You might want to make a shortcut to the IGC for future games.
