Playing Spain, i lost the norther (i cannot remember the name) province of Netherlands and i waited until i became Conter Reformed. My intention is to convert them and annex them but they havent independiced even thay've been rebeliouss for several years (canot remember too).
Ive reconquer the norther province and it became rebellious but the not declare independence, i cannot handle with all the rebels (Flanders is always upset!) and i´d like some kind of help, what i can do?
