My daughter is a princess and daughter of my soulmate - the Queen... really? Calling your own rightful born child a scullion seems weird. Maybe, if she was my rival or something...

Well, she is female and Medieval male Rulers don't have really care about Daughters, the Education was always in the Hands of a Women.

Male Rulers, have only cared about their sons.

Even setting that aside. The code in the event would do something similar if it was my son. I would like to see a few checks that prevented it from happening if my versus opponent was also close family. Why would my children get angry about me having slept with my wife, their mother? Why would I call my own children insults if I'm not callous or something?

Because, the Game don't really recognize family relationships.

Yes, they are same Family or same Dynasty, but that is all in CK3, there is no difference in having your own Son as a Vassal vs. some random Guy.
Other Vassals are even allowed to attack your Son without being viewed as Criminals by their Liege.
