Imperator: Rome Achievements not possible in current campaign

Hello,

As title is telling, I have problem with achievements. When I found out, I was kinda surprised - was goin' for 'No More Worlds Left To Conquer'. I managed to actually do it - but once I hit that button to form Alex's Empire - I didn't get that achievement - so i looked into list and all achievements were not possible in current campaign.
First what I though - maybe Paradox released smaller hotfix incompatible with older version saves. So, I started new different run and checked achievement list at the start - still not possible.

- version is up to date
- always playing with ironman on
- normal+ difficulty
- only two mods = 'No Fog' and 'Better Font' (both are ironman comp.)
- tried to re-install whole game
- didn't mess with console
- account is binded

I have almost 80 hours in it and managed to do like 20% achievements before without any problems (as you can see in attached file), now i can't do them anymore ...
Any suggestions? Thanks!

PS: sorry, if it's in wrong thread or something - i am new kid in town.

If you start a new test game, can it get achievements?

- only two mods = 'No Fog' and 'Better Font' (both are ironman comp.)

Are you sure you never loaded this game with any other mods active, even briefly?

Nope. Both saved campaigns and even new runs were not allowing me to earn any achievements.
Yes, I am sure these two mods are only two I subscribed to.

On other hand, today (or yesterday) new hotfix was released - maybe it was fixed, didn't have time to check it.

Please do a full **clean** re-install:

- move any valued save games elsewhere
- "uninstall" in Steam-Imperator
- manually delete both the Steam/SteamApps/common/Imperator AND Documents/Paradox/Imperator folders
- re-install game in Steam, run a Steam Verify when done.
- add imperator.exe to the exceptions list/whitelist of your antivirus app
- start the game with no mods active and test

In particular you need to make sure there are no files or folders left under either the Steam Stellaris or Documents Imperator locations, before installing again.

I tried normal uninstall via Steam before, didn't help.
But what helped was deleting files manually - SteamApps' folder was alright, but few files were in Documents, which I deleted. Than re-installed and now I can play as usually before.
