As topic suggests I understand that it is difficult to implement in regards to gamebalance but this would be great.
Importing savegames from CK2, and then exporting after game is finisihed to Vicky2 for mega campaigns.

Any chances of seeing this in EU4?

I believe the answer has been given as "no", however; it is likely you'll see a fan-made version. Inevitably someone with a little talent with C (or its derivatives) will make one.

Why C... any programming language or script language will be enough...
The hard part is how to set values that don't exist in one game into the other and what to do we value that exist in one game when porting to the next game...

Because there is nothing clear, PI won't make one... so you'll have to wait for fans to make one.

Yes the fan made versions is what made me start this thread.
If I remember correctly this was implemented by pdx for CK1 > EU2 or something. or was it vicky to hoi.

However what they can do is to even if they choose not to do this, is to consider this when they are making the game to at least facilitate for a fan made mod.
Not a showstopper but would be very nice indeed.

King of Men is a C++ wizard and he's been diligently making converters for our Mega Multiplayer Madness:
EU2 to Vic
Vic to HoI2
CK to EU3
EU3 to Vic:R
Vic:R to HoI2
EU3 to Vic2
Vic2 to Arsenal of Democracy.

Given that EU4 looks to be using fundamentally the same engine as EU3, a converter shouldn't be too much trouble. It will appear autonomously, I do not doubt :).

KoM's work can be found here.

Because it was the first language to come to mind and it is a bit easier to use than FORTRAN.
