I'm trying to use my account to get help from Paradox. Apparently you can't email them directly, you have to use a ticketing system. Fair enough, so here's what I do:

- I go to Paradox Helpcenter.
- I click "Open Ticket" on the top-right corner of the page.
- It shows a button saying I need to log in or create an account, which I click.
- It takes me back to the Helpcenter.
- I click "Open Ticket" on the top-right corner of the page.
- It shows a button saying I need to log in or create an account, which I click.
- It takes me back to the Helpcenter.

*repeat until fade out*

This system is broken. How do I REALLY contact Paradox for help?

Have you tried clicking on "Sign in" before clicking on "Open Ticket"?

It works for me, but I've never used the HelpDesk.

EDIT: Just to be clear, I don't work for Paradox, I'm just a forum user.

I just tried this in two different browsers and it worked fine. Try it in an incognito window as I have a hunch you have plugins/cookies that are interfering with the website.
