Description​

I was playing with venezuela July 5th 1836, trying to pass colonial explotation. Suddenly Freedom of choice and Monarquy where passed without any event or explanaition or war goal enforcement.

Now I know how to replicate, went back to autosave July 1st and portugal allied to piedimont made a primary goal of regime change. When Piedimont backed down the goals were forced on me even when that side backed down.

I can confirm this bug is present and very game breaking.

I just encountered this game-breaking bug. Super disappointed!

I was playing Mexico (allied to Russia) and declared war on a latin american country (allied to the US). When the latin american country backed down, it handed texas to the US (I was building up this province)...
