If you can get a copy, the boardgame provides a method to use for creating monarchs that would be helpful. I would post the table were I sure it was within "fair use" doctrine.
Idiotboy posted a nice, long list of leaders in the Byzantium code thread; these can be cut'n'pasted into your db\leaders\leaders.byz file, since Crook didn't see fit to include them in the distribution.
First I did was to check the BYZ leaders file to see if they just forgot to write that leaders had been added to Roman Constantinopel. I got a longnose on that!
Strange that a byzantine renaissance fails to produce any leaders.
In short, some things you notice early.
