Hello. I play the Peace without Victory mod. During the game I noticed inadequate penalties/bonuses for terrain when attacking/defending any division. Please tell me which file/files are responsible for the division modifiers?

If I am not mistaken it should be the following 2 files:
divisions:
..\Darkest Hour\Mods\modname\db\units\modifiers.csv
brigades:
..\Darkest Hour\Mods\modname\db\units\brigade_modifiers.csv

Hello, I tried to change the parameters of penalties/bonuses in the files, but the parameters in the game remain the same. What can you advise?
My advice would be to change the correct files *grin
Each mod has its own files within its directories...
