As always, your efforts are appreciated. I'm astonished by the amount of work you put into this mod.

I've found some mechanics regarding the title tiers in the new version to be inconsistent, though. I'm playing as the High Lord of Duskendale in the Bleeding Years bookmark. I've conquered the Claw and created the corresponding duchy. This enabled me to found a new kingdom via the Charlemagne decision, but it also enabled me to form the titular kingdom of the Dusklands. Is there any difference between those two? Nether of them grants instant de jure shift (which is a good thing). Shouldn't the titular kingdoms OR the ability to found a new kingdom be removed for consistency and less clutteriness?

Also, this mod treats the emperor tier as king tier. Now that the megawar system is updated to take custom titles into consideration, shouldn't newly created kingdoms be emperor tier? It feels inconsistent and awkward that I have to conquer the better part of Westeros to proclaim myself proper king, equal to the other traditional kingdoms. With the current system, it makes more sense to proclaim myself king of say the Riverlands as soon as I can, rather than to wait until I can make my newly founded Kingdom of the Dusklands "proper kingly".

Maybe this could be fixed by an event similar to the "proclaim kingdom" events for the Lord Paramounts. As soon as a new titular kingdom is founded, an event could created the corresponding "empire". When the new kingdom gets subjugated, a similar event could destroy the empire, leaving the new liege to decide if the remaining kindom tier title is to be destroyed or not.

It's the difference between petty king and king. A "King of Duskendale" is equal tier to a "King of Wnterfell", not a "King in the North"

You got a point there. Still, I think the requirements for proclaiming a "full kingdom" should be lowered. When my realm size equals that of any of the traditional kingdoms, I should be able to upgrade. As it is now, I need to control several of the "full kingdoms" to create my own (which makes doing so kind of redundant).

The old titular kingdoms were kept for people without the charlemagne DLC. However it should be possible to disable them for people with the DLC, will look into doing that.

Please don't. To take Duskendale as an example, with titular kingdoms you get to be the Shadow King of the Dusklands, while a customized kingdom is just "King of Duskendale".
