Incorrect new artifact notification

Description​

Each time you get a new artifact or new artifacts the notification in the left down corner is showing the number of new artifact since begging of the play of that character instead of just a number of only NEW artifacts. This bugs happened with T&T and still not resolved

Steps to reproduce​

Get at least two new artifacts

on 1.12.1 I saw that this is still happening an incorrect notification are being displayed.
