The Lg42 use the same ammonition as lefh18 105mm in real life, but in game it only got 9HE as 75mm howitzer. And it is 8 rpm in real life, but ingame it get ridiculous 10 rpm, and lg40 get 12 rpm....
Pls fix it.

The Leichtgeschütz 42 is a recoilless gun and as such cannot carry as heavy a warhead as an equivalent howitzer calibre. And it's primarily an AT weapon.
On the upside a recoilless gun is quicker at becoming ready to fire again.

Edit: I was mistaken on the AT role. But in order to make the range useful there were lighter shells produced with a lighter explosive load. Which also helped to make the entire unit more mobile.

I'm not talking about the carl gustav, lol. LG42 actually fire the same shell as lefh18 used, 14kg weight. And it primarily used as firesupport weapon unlike the Americans or Swedish counterparts.

The LG 42 was indeed a recoilless rifle, and also did fire the 10,5 cm leFH 18 howitzer’s ammunition. It had a very, very low muzzle velocity as a result, but was obviously far more portable than normal howitzers and AT guns due to its lack of need for a recoiling mechanism and lack of stress on the gun itself. Getting a 105’s HE would make plenty of sense as it fires such ammunition. Honestly, I never take it due to its limited utility compared to a pure AT gun or mortars.
