infinite enemy round

Description​

In 3 hours of playing time I have now four times the problem that the opponent round does not start. I finish my turn and then the message for the start of the opponent's turn appears and from then on nothing happens. Is there perhaps a workaround for this or is the problem at least known and can a solution be expected somewhere?

It would be great if someone here could help me.
