- put some expensive flooring like wooden docks (only works with flooring outside, cliff edges dont work)
- use sell flooring
- cancel sell flooring
- repeat steps 1 and 2 until rich

Why do that when you can just start a new map fire everybody and idle until you have millions?
Because that doesn't help with prisons that you've already started working on?
