Inflation

Hi,
I need your help. ( I REALLY am using patch 1.09.) It says so on my load page.
The problem is that with Spain my inflation rose to 30%. I built 16 governers but it has not fallen at all.
Is this a known problem? What can I do?

Governors only decrease inflation on a yearly 0.25% max basis (max effect if built in every province you own). But effect can be nullified if you have more inflation than the governors can fight each year.
