Not going to happen any time soon, I think. We've had little enough video of Hearts of Iron IV, and that was announced much earlier than Stellaris, and had a release date not too far from now in the original schedule.

I'm guessing it'll be next year before we see Stellaris action, at least to any great extent. Maybe I'll be proven wrong, but that's my guess.
