Inherited Regency did not become entrenched

Description​

My father (King of Wales) was at a tournament in France so the kingdom was under a regency. The King of France then sadly killed him whilst wrestling, and so my current character inherited at the age of 14. This, I believe, should have caused an entrenched regency, but didn't.

I have graphics mods, but nothing mechanical enabled.

Steps to reproduce​

Die whilst under a regency to have a child succeed as primary heir.
