Inifinite gold bug in version 1.9.6?

Description​

Playing with Sidamo in the 1.9.6 i realized in several campaign tries that after the first privatization of a building my gold reserve started to grow constantly and significantly the whole time through even though my saldo was just slightly positive or at most times even negative. I did not sell any further buildings or did anything else to generate more gold reserve. I simply can't explain where all this gold is coming from and wondered if it may be a bug. Is there anything known like that or did i maybe miss something important?

Steps to reproduce​

Just play a campaign, privatize a building and pay attention to the gold reserve
