Initializing game crash

Hello, i just bought this game and i can't even play bcuz while game is initilizing for around 5 minutes game crashes (i can hear a music for around 1minute before a crash) i tried to open this game thru a folder and changed in properties "disable fullscreen optimizations"
AMD Ryzen 5 5620U with Radeon Graphics
Windows 11
Ram 8gb
Disk SSD

If you only have the integrated Radeon graphics, no GPU, that will be the problem here and you should seek a refund for the game from where you bought it.

If you have a GPU, or are not sure what you have,
DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
IF dxdiag.txt fails to attach here, rename it to dxdiag.log , or zip it up.

Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/CK3/pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/CK3/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , error.log , exceptions.txt

This may have some fixes. not 100% fool proof but it may have the fixes that maybe relevant. I am trying to make a mega thread for Paradox so they know this is a massive issue and for some reason haven't made a mega thread (because logic)
