Prisoners sometimes take the clothes that are on their beds and stack them all in random locations such as showers. This wouldn't be bothersome if the janitors pick up and reuse the clothes, instead they are just left there until I manually dump them all. This also happens with shop goods and sometimes kitchen pots (or cooked food).
It's usually one or 2 prisoners that do this repeatedly as when the clothes are picked up, janitors immediately place new ones on the same bed -- only to be picked up again. So it's just a constant battle between janitor and prisoner
