I installed the game and it asked to download the patch before I even tried to play. I followed the instructions and when the game started the download window was still in the middle of the screen and wouldnt close. I then tried to reinstall the game and my activation code doesnt work (because I already used it.) can anyone help with this please.

Hi! Sorry to hear you're having problems with the game. When you click "Yes" on the update dialog the game is still running in the background. You'll have to close the game before installing the update. You have to use exactly the same email address you used at the first time installing, otherwise the installer nags about activation.
