Install Help

I've followed the directions on the wiki, and I've also tried the manual steps. Either way I try nothing happens. Every time I try to run one of the programs I get a command console window that pops up for a fraction of a second. Then nothing. I'm really interested in trying out this tool but I can't figure out what the problem is. And, yes, I ran the installer as an administrator, even turned off my firewalls and re-downloaded from scratch.

I believe I've been reading about this problem here and there, but I don't have any fix or have seen any reproduction steps for it. I can talk to our tools programmers and see if they have heard of it, but it's going to be hard without further info. If you have any error messages or logs please upload them so we can have a look!

Got the same problem also followed the install manual. Got a command window with i think the text might be something like: "Keeping old Settings File" 2x times. Anyone got an idea what went wrong? Or someone who solved this problem?



Edit: Is the Problem saved in the Installlog? I maybe found an error there

I have the same problem. was there any fix for it?
