I read the installation instructions and I'm confused. After i download it, it said what file to open it with. I accidentally put HoI as the file to open it. Now I cant even redownload it. What do I do. And once I redownload it, what file do i open it with. It dosn't say anything about unzipping, but what do I know, I suck with computers. Thanks a lot guys.

Do you have a rar archiver program installed? (WinRAR, for example) If not, installing it should automatically tell windows to use it to handle files with the rar extension (or it will ask you if you want that to happen, and you should say yes). That should solve your problem.
If you already have the archiver installed, what you should do is open it, and then, in the menu, use "open" and find the mod files in your HD (you do know where you put them, don't you? Oh, well, if you don't, do a search for all files with the rar extension).
