My computer has two hard drives. One of them was corrupted, and my East India Company installation was messed up. When I tried to re-install it says that my product key has already been used. Help?

Hi,
this is an unfortunate problem that occurs if you mistyped your e-mail address when installing the first time (or used a different e-mail address). The key is connected to that exact address after the first install.
You can go to http://www.stardock.com/support/ and first try to retrieve the activation key to your e-mail. If it doesn't work, then you definately mistyped it and you need to contact the Stardock support from that same page.

There is one problem, the game was already installed on another hard drive. But when that hard drive was corrupted, I need to re-install it onto another drive.

You can install the game as many times as you like, on as many computeras as you like. You should follow Juho's advice and contact stardock.

I have a problem with the activation of EIC. While installing the game I had no internet connection and so activation did not succeed. Then I tried to start the game, after having activated Internet connection. Activation window appeared and I did insert my email address and the activation code written on the handbook. Still activation does not work .
