Installation Problem

I uninstalled game so I could reinstall w/patch 1.03b. Uninstall did not seem to work, left some files. So tried reinstall but it refuses to do it.

Tried manually erasing left over files.

Now can find no hint of CK on my computer but game still will not install from CD. All I get is repair/uninstall option both of which claim to complete their task without really doing anything. I can also click play but that only brings up an error.

Wow, dusted off the old brain and fixed it myself.

Just for the record. I restored my system to a pre-uninstall version. This did not restore the uninstalled files, but corrected the problem enough so the repair option worked to reinstall the missing core files.

So there you have it.
