Welcome to Metro : 2013 ! This is my third endeavor to make a succesful forum game, and I hope everyone will enjoy the game I have made as much as I will. If you read the title of the game, you know that this game will start in 2013, right after the bombs fell. The players in this game will be those lucky enough to have made it into the extensive nuclear bunker and pre-war metro lines of Moscow. Live will be hard, resources few and far between, mutants aplenty, but it is your duty to survive and maybe start rebuilding Mother Russia.
How to play :
At the start of the game, everyone is either someone who rushed in the Metro when the sirenes went on, or a member of the Metro authority handling the entering of those masses and the closing of the hermetic doors when the bombs did fall. As the story develops and people become more settled in the metro, one can have a metro background (your activities in the metro after the bombs fell but before your character came loose from the AI masses and became a player character.). To apply for entry into this game, fill out this character information sheet :
Name: (The name you were given by your parents pre-war)
Date of Birth: (When your character was born. Must be pre-war untill 2025.)
Location : (The station or tunnel between stations of the Moscow metro you are currently located. )
Biography: (Small or big (your choice) description what your character did for a living before the war, where your character was born, raised, quirky traits, etc.)

To be able to keep participating in the game, a player must do the following :
1 : Send a pair of orders (everyone at the start of the game gets two, as more differences appear this number is bound to change)
2 : Produce one IC every week. Failing to do this will render the player without orders untill they are more active again.
3 : Abide to the rules.
A small reminder, be reasonable with your characters. No ubertripping amazing at everything preppers or stuff like that.
Rules :
1 : The GM is always right. If I say something is canon, it's canon. If I say something is non-canon, it's non-canon. If I say your order is dumb and failed, your order is dumb and failed. You can however send a PM on a question, and I will go through it and see if you may be right.
2 :The general Paradox Interactive Forum rules
3 : OOC statements should be encapsulated by (( and )) and be kept to an absolute minimum.
4 : I don't save rolls, nor do I show them except possibly right as I am rolling them (which I will do on IRC). I reserve the right to not tell you your rolls for any reason.
5 : I also reserve the right to have implausible, drastically off-policy, abhorrent, forum-rule-violating or simply dumb orders to fail automatically. This is not subject to appeal.
6 :To keep me sane and able to write good updates, please keep orders short; no more than 10 lines each, please. Some flavor is good; treatises are not.
7 : Anything else I have forgotten to include that should be common sense.
