Interface become dark

Regularly during the game, the interface becomes dark, unplayable. We have to reboot and hope that the interface does not break. But recently, the darkening of the interface has become stable and it has become impossible to play.

In save mode is bag gone

AMD video card (RX 580) and processor (Phenom II X6 1055T)

When did this first happen? Did exiting and restarting the game make it go away for a while, or you had to reboot, or what?

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please send in the game log C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\debug.txt
To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

Your video driver is right up to date but your Windows 7 has had no major updates applied for nearly 10 years ... !

Please run the Windows Updater app and apply everything it finds; you'll probably have to reboot several time sin this process.

I installed win 10, but this not help. All day in garbage . My friend with this save all ok

That does surprise me, I have to say! The problem is exactly the same as before, is that right?

We have had some issues with recent AMD video drivers so you might tey reverting to 19.9.2 from last year.

If that too doesn't help, I begin to suspect you have a video hardware problem.
