No. There will not be any centralized list of bugs either. We are trying to fix all the bugs instead of categorizing them. 
Both issues seem quite similar to me. How long were you playing until you got them? Does they always happen at the same occasion?
What I really am grasping for here are some steps to reproduce (other than playing for a while). Restarting the game is solving the problem so a savegame won't get us any closer to a solution. :-(
