Intermittently cannot treat illnesses.

Description​

The event for the court physician to offer treatment for my disease does not seem to trigger even if I have a court physician and have no negative treatment modifiers.

Previously firing and rehiring my physician would allow it to trigger again. The disease would then seemingly persist indefinitely unless the option to take drastic action was taken, successfully removing the disease.

With this ruler, Ioseph, nothing seems to trigger the event. The outbreak has long since passed and the character has had measles in this case for a while now. I tried a bunch of things and none of these seemed to work: firing and rehiring the physician, replacing the physician, firing and searching for a new physician. The issue also persisted after I had verified my game files and restarted the game.

I have no idea what caused this or how to replicate it, my apologies.
