Download Interregnum Beta 6.26 here.
OK, this upload is a day late and does NOT contain the new material for Ukriane, Ruthenia and Epo_Russia because I got sidetracked and prepared a lot more material for the Il-Khanate. Plus, the planned Golden Horde material was more complicated and extensive, with the formation of Turkmenistan.
So that means, with mikl's new material coming, that I am a week begind, and I will have to try and catch up somehow ...
Bughunting
A few little bugs in the Hansa file and a monarch id doubled-up.

Podlasia, Halych-Volhynia, Ukraine, Chernigov and Kiev cannot revolt if Ruthenia is in the game.
Moved province 1534 from Uzbek to Il-Khanate at 1419.
Adjusted the starting sliders for most nations, focusing on the overly-high beginning Innovative stats. This has made it difficult for the ai to colonize. Now the maximum starting Inno is 4 for nations like Mali, Genoa and Bohemia, whereas most nations begin with Inno 2. Upped the starting centralization for most one and two province states.
Added flag/shield sets for the Blue and White Hordes, Turkmenistan, Ghengid Khanate, Bogutjar and Saratow.
Random Events
Added higher values for infra etc to the ai help events to compensate for the reduced inno values at start.
Revolt.txt
Added Crimea, Saratow, Bogutjar, Daghestan, Blue Horde, White Horde and Ghengid Horde as revolters.
Golden Horde
Rebuilt the Dissolution of the Horde event of the 1550s. It is now a central event for the Horde and a choice between three directions: west with the Blue Horde to reconquer the Rus, East with the White Horde and involvement in central Asia, or the third path which is to 'modernize' and eventually become Turkenistan.
Added more ais for specific periods for all the various hordes.
If the Horde goes Buddhist, there are revolts etc, which if not supressed forces a return to sunni, and which is supressed offer the choice of being prosetylzing (don't do it!) and making communalism part of the fabric of the changing horde administration, in which case there are events to force-reconvert any provinces the player/ai tries to convert to buddhism. Chosing this path also wins back the Ruthenians, but loses you the nomadic turcomen, for at least 60 years. If you do try to convert everything to bhuddist it's a tough road and the Horde is even more prone to total collapse (you have been warned).
Completed the key events during the reign of Key, who follows a long period of turmoil and transforms the Golden Horde into Turkenistan. For the player, it's a little tougher, requiring you to 'complete' all events by 1585, which all have stability requirements.
Added matching events for the Yeremfernden period, which is one of the alternate reforming monarchs if you don't take the 'Turkmenistan' path.
Increased their knowledge of the world, adding most of the Caliphate and Il-Khanate. How can they not know about Mecca and Medina!!!! But also decreased their knowledge of the east, nothing past the capital of the Chagatai Khanate.
Added Explorer events and a few new ais.
Ghengid Horde
Added a new nation title 'Ghengid Horde' which is mongol and revolts away from an Il-Khanate that becomes sunni. Matching monarchs and leaders as for Il-Khanate.
Halych-Volhynia
Tweaked the triggers and added two more versions of the events for H-V to respond to the Hussites.
Il-Khanate
Removed altai from the country cultures at 1419 (they own no altai provinces).
Added more leaders and the final monarch.
Added new events for the collapse of the Khanate should Persia emerge as a revolter AND the flag was set for muslim_persecution.
Added events to reverse the culture change in Hormuz and Fars should they return to Islamic control within 100 years, assuming Zungli wins the civil war.
Added the cycle of events for conversion to islam under certain khans, the succeeding instability, the IlKhanate becoming Persia and the northern Mongol provinces breaking away.
Persia
Added leaders and monarchs for Persia, all the historical ones. Added some events within other files for persia to gain baluchi culture and mongol culture.
Qarluk
Wrote several new events for cores, relations with the Il-Khanate, independence and establishing better ralations with the west.
Turkmenistan
Added a few key events for Turkmenistan, the leader and monacrh files. Turkmenistan gets orthodox culture, gains some eastern cores, but loses all Russian and Ruthenian cores.
Added Explorer events and an ai.
