Download Interregnum Beta 6.30 Here.
This week a huge thanks to AhmedAA who continues to playtest extensively and always has great suggestions and challenges our ideas. Thank you again.
Not as much new material this time. Finn has decided he no longer needs a day time nap and so my hour and a half for Interregnum each day has gone and this has heavily impacted my productivity. Plus we have been busy, more storms and power outages, guests visiting etc.
I am off to Toronto for Christmas with Laura's family (mine too) and will not be taking my computer. I hope the next two weeks brings everyone much joy.

Bughunting
Found that I had used Relcon_normal instead of Relcon_norm for many of the Cordoban events, which is why they were not triggering and Cordoba was not more agressive.
Removed duplicated Shepher King event from Epochal Iberian file.
If Portugal is formed via a reconquest from Eire, it now includes the command for its religion to be CATHOLIC, otherwise a converted tago makes it Sunni. Ooops.
The events for the end of the Iberian Crusade were made too generic and worked for every country in the game. Made nation-specific ones for those who currently take part in the crusade.
Asian Events
Added random events to grant additional colonists and ADM boost. One for Korea, one for Wei and one generic.
Golden Horde
Ahmed's excellent playtesting reveals that the Horde are too strong. I have added fortresses to many provinces so that successful rebels are harder to oust, as well as desertion commands to the initial rebellion event to reduce auto-defeat of the rebels. Reduce manpower by 30 also in that event.
Mali
Added a conquistador event should they come to dominate the west african region so they can explore northwards and beyond. But they only need to capture Morocco's capital to know about all of Europe and the middle east.
Mamelukes
Events for the conquest of Zanj and Ethopia now work also for religion = shiite.
Miscellaneous
Changed the amber events after ideas by Ahmed. They are now a little more complex with a few more choices for the player.
Random Events
Added some ai-only randoms that lower relationships to help reduce the amount of DA the ai does.
Sindh
Added leaders but removed them as a selectable country.
Union of Kalmar
Began reworking the file, adding some new touches, removing the free troops and cheap gifts and rewriting the descriptions to improve the english usage.
Gotland can now become a vassal of Hansa, not just gain a dynastic connection when they chose to join the League, but the league can chose to reject them, in which case they improve their relations with Gotland and Gotland remains fully independent.
The Law Reforms of 1442 have received a lot of changes to the command effects.
The Succession in Finland now triggers a different structure in which Tapio of Kalmar can be granted the throne on the promise that he rule them separately and that a different king is elected at his death. Finland gets inherited, but at Tapio's death Kalmar must chose to uphold the promise or reneg, with consequences either way.
Added the explorer and conquistador events and new ais. Changed the dates of all the explorers and added one new explorer and one new conquistador. They all start about 50 years earlier. Finally, the last of the exploring nations is complete!
