Made Rumelia and Wallacia Romanian culture and added Romanian culture to both Bulgaria and Wallachia nations.
Changed the game culture of aborigin from 'native' to 'unique' and made Wales and Sardinia 'unique'.
Changed aleutian culture from 'brythonic' to 'breton'.
Changed tuareg culture from 'scottish' to 'inglis' which now covers Lothian, Northumberland, York and Lancashire.
Changed delaware culture to 'maghrebi'. Changed all of the arabic provinces west of Egypt to mahgrebi. Give Maghrebi culture to Morocco, Tlemcen and their successor states.
In Religion.csv dramatically increased the techspeed for both sunni and shiite to reflect the non-collapse of the islamic world as a centre of learning. Also increase income and morale for sunni and colonists and missionaries for mutazelite (shiite), while decreasing some those for sunni.
Zapotec and Aztec
Modified the European and Revulsion of Sacrifice events further, tightening up triggers and effects and adding France to the list of countries.
Inca
Added events for the revolts when the Europeans arrive. Added the Revulsion of Human Sacrifice event cycle, with all the updtes and modifications.
Reworked many of their AGCEEP-borrowed events so the triggers, comands and text make more sense.
Added new events for the reclaimation of Cuzco and Lima.
Eire
Changed the crusade so that sending troops is action_a and they go to Astusrias, not Porto.
If Eire helps Asturias v Cordoba AND accepts galician refugees, they can get a core on Galicia. If they conquer it from Cordoba, they can convert it to Gaelic culture.
Adjust the starting DP Sliders to reflect Gaelic Law. Now begins Plutocratic, Decentralized, Freemen and Free Trade.
Included new January 1 1419 event that announces to player the importance and impact of Gaelic Law. Sets flag gaelic_law that stops many classic random events from happening to Eire, including Peasant Revolt. But added new Eire-only randoms that prevent Eire from becoming Centralized, Aristocratic, Mercantilist or imposing Serfdom. The starting event also reduces province tax in all five core provinces, but gives them all a courthouse. (yes, very cool).
Brittany
Added the CoT gaining events. Version 1 is based partly on whether Eire gets hers (1445-55); version 2 on ownership of colonies (1460 to 1510 ) or on Trade Level and countrysize (1560 - 1600). The CoT now appears in Brest. (Updated also the epochal_tradewar file to reflect this change).
