Invisible court members?

Don't know if this is a bug or if I've missed something important about the game but in my current game the Duke of östergötland has 2 court members but his Diplomacy, Intrigue and Stewardship all show increased values 6(14), 9(20) and 5(12). The 2 court members are just courtiers, they have no title.

Ok, here's a screenshot. Only one courtier is shown (she holds the chancellor title) but when I check his children I can find the other two who hold a title.

Since the 1.03 patch I think, the ruler's children don't show up in the list of court members. This seems like an improvement to me because it makes the courtier list a bit less crowded, and when looking at the ruler you can still see all the members of his court (children and others) on one screen.

edit: I was a little confused at first by the two chancellors, but one of his daughters must hold that position in another court. The screenshot matches what I've seen in 1.03, his wife is the only one shown in the court list and all his children are left out.
