Description​

Only mods I have are graphical and allow ironman.

I'm at war with the Allies and focus "Request Syria"'s requirements says that I'm not at war with Syria itself. They're currently occupying half of my country.

Steps to Reproduce​

- play as Iraw in GoE
- finish focuses up to "Request Syria" focus
- join Germany's faction and war with the Allies
- "Not at war with Syria" should be checked as true and thus allowing to pick said focus
