Thank you. What about Rev 2? I now have 1.01 installed plus Rev 3. Everything looks good except the Intel tab. Rather than displaying a single red/green bubble indicating number of spies, I get approx 10 bubbles for each country.

I think so if done correctly. I have DD 1.3 & 1.3a. I then installed Arma plus 1.2 patch. Next I loaded something called EIR-ARMA NZQS and then 1.3bet2 PHVR plus japanese graphics package. Finally, I loaded IC, 1.01, and rev3. It seems like one of those .rar files may have been a mistake? Any thoughts? What is the recommended set of patches, revs, etc.?
IC is only compatible with ARMA 1.2 patch. You should reinstall your ARMA.
Oops, last question to confirm: Rev 3 includes all Rev 2 updates? I can't seem to find Rev2 anywhere.

You don't have to install 1.2, you only have to change the Intel files!!!
Check for the spy levels.bmp, the spy levelson.bmp and spy levelsoff.bmp files of the 1.2 version and just copy-paste.
Screen appers normal again.
