Is it possible for the Iron Throne to be dissolved if conditions are right? If so, what are these conditions?

This happened when the High septon got control of the iron throne. A message prompted and said that he was destroying the Iron throne. But dont ask me how
Okay what if enough people become independent? I had a game in the CoK scenario (playing as the Night's Watch) where the Iron Throne just...dissolved. The crownlands were split between the KitN and Shireen Baratheon, lady paramount of the stormlands. therew were kings in the reach, the westerlands, and the iron isles. Dorne was independent (emperor-tier) as well. I loaded as Robb and Balon and they both had the decision "declare kingdom of westeros" available to them.
I'd like a decision to destroy the Iron Throne and proclaim the Kingdom of whatever culture I happen to be at the time(nearly always Westerman or Stormlander), with my new kingdom replacing all the de jure territory of the Iron Throne.
I want nothing to do with the foul and vile legacy of the inbred Valyrian hicks. Besides, both Red and Yellow are much better colors than grey, and Storm King is preferable to plain old King.

In my game Robb Stark somehow conquered the crownlands (thus having the title of Iron Throne) and then distroyed it
