ironman game crashed, cannot load it even with the last_save workaround, still crashes on loading

what do i do? i'm litterally 3 counties away from the crusader emipire in the middle east, is there a "backup save" or something that goes a few years back?

using stadard steam accout, no game passes or xbox thingies
